Hi, I'm Nancy! Straight out of college, I jumped headfirst into Silicon Valley’s high-tech world. For 20 years, I juggled the demands of a growing career, family life, and sky-high stress levels. Between tight deadlines and bedtime stories, my health took a serious backseat. Exercise? Rare. Mindfulness? Ha! Nutrition? Let’s just say my diet was more about convenience than cuisine.

It all came crashing down on me—hard. For more than a year, I was a medical nomad, bouncing from one specialist to another, trying to unravel the mystery of my relentless symptoms.

I consulted everyone from conventional MDs to functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths, and acupuncturists, hoping for answers. After countless tests and even more frustration, I finally received the diagnosis: severe adrenal fatigue coupled with the early stages of perimenopause. It was a wake-up call that forced me to confront the reality of my health and the changes my body was undergoing.  

About six months into my recovery journey, I experienced a profound turning point: I finally felt strong enough to reintegrate workouts into my routine.  As I committed to exercising, fueling my body with healthy foods, and meditating to help me focus,  something remarkable happened—my body began to respond positively, and by month eight, the overwhelming symptoms that had once consumed me were practically gone. The clarity I gained was empowering, and my energy levels soared to heights I hadn’t experienced in years. 

The transformation I underwent during this period was nothing short of miraculous, largely thanks to the invaluable support of my Health Coach. Working together, I discovered the importance of making space for daily self-care, a practice that had long been neglected. I learned to connect with my body in a new way, truly tuning in to what it needed and making choices that genuinely support my well-being. Each session with my coach was a revelation, guiding me to set powerful intentions aligned with my health and well-being and letting go of things that no longer served me. This journey taught me that prioritizing self-care isn’t just a luxury; it’s a crucial necessity for achieving a balanced and fulfilling life.

I decided to OWN MY HEALTH, and it was a battle that I was prepared for and determined to win.

I realized that true wellness encompasses physical fitness and mental and emotional resilience. I found pleasure in my daily rituals, whether through invigorating workouts or peaceful moments of meditation. This holistic approach empowered me to reclaim my health and reconnect with the vibrant person I always knew I could be. This journey transformed my life in ways I never anticipated and ultimately revealed a powerful calling within me. Now, I’m driven to share this knowledge and passion with others, guiding you on your path to wellness and reminding you that it’s never too late to prioritize yourself. Driven by my journey, I dedicated myself to extensive training, earning certifications as a Board-Certified Health Coach, Certified Nutrition Coach, Mindfulness Coach, and Menopause Coach.  I have been coaching for over 7 years now. Each certification enriched my understanding of the distinct challenges people face across different stages of life and equipped me to design tailored impactful wellness strategies. I’m here not just as a credentialed coach but as someone who has walked this path firsthand—and emerged stronger.
